Distilled from 100 percent Scottish mainland barley and peated to an enormous 101.4 PPM, it is then matured entirely in first fill bourbon casks for five years, allowing the raw elements to shine with unfiltered clarity.
On the nose, expect a rush of smoke and salt layered with toasted coconut, lemon zest, vanilla pod, and singed herbs. The palate is powerful yet precise, offering grilled citrus, malted biscuit, charred oak, white pepper, and briny sea air. The smoke never overwhelms.
