Notify us of any issues within 14 days of delivery by emailing our support team with your order number and details regarding the fault.
Secure the Item
For quality assessment, please reseal the bottle with at least three-quarters of its original contents remaining and place it back in its original shipping carton.
Arrange Collection
We will coordinate a courier to collect the package from your address at a time that is convenient for you, free of charge for faulty goods.
Resolution Selection
Once our warehouse inspects the return, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement bottle of the same vintage.
