How do you ensure the quality of the wine during transit?

We use specialized, climate-controlled packaging and partner with premium couriers to ensure your bottles are protected from temperature fluctuations and physical impact.

What is your return policy for corked or spoiled bottles?

If you encounter a bottle that is corked or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange a replacement or credit once the fault is verified.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes, as per liquor licensing laws, an adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery. We cannot leave alcohol unattended at your doorstep.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 7-10 business days for regional locations.

Can I track my order after it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive an email with a unique tracking link to monitor its journey to your door.
