Planted in 1956 and nurtured by the Schild family, this Vine Vale Grenache is a benchmark for balance and finesse. Since 2013, Yelland & Papps have been drawn to this site for its aromatic lift, natural elegance, and seamless structure. Dual harvests — early for brightness, later for depth — combine with whole cluster fermentation and a gentle touch of new French oak to craft a Grenache of both clarity and complexity. It’s graceful, savoury, and absolutely drinkable.
