A Tribute to the Irish Grain Harvest
Formerly known as Founder's Reserve, The Harvest was rebranded in 2022 to honour Ireland's agricultural heritage - specifically, the barley and grain that underpin its whiskey tradition. Created by Walsh Whiskey in County Carlow, it is one of the few Irish blends to combine single malt and single pot still whiskey exclusively, with no grain spirit. Aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks and triple distilled, it reflects both the lush bounty of Irish grain and the finesse of traditional pot still production.

The nose is inviting and light-footed - green apple, vanilla custard and floral honey, with a trace of nutmeg. On the palate, it's silky and approachable: ripe peach, biscuit malt and a touch of white pepper, balanced by subtle oak and sweet cereal. The pot still component lends a gentle spice and viscosity, while the malt carries orchard fruit and a clean, rounded sweetness. The finish is smooth, with lingering notes of soft toffee and dried grass.
