Rich, ripe blackcurrant on the nose leads to a lush aromatic display of cinnamon and cedar oak with hints of violets, mint and herbal sage. Dark, ripe fruit palate of blackcurrant, are combined with a background of sage and mint. Bright acidity and integrated French oak show through in this wine, with ripeness, tannin structure with a hint of a herbal edge.
