Aromatics are lifted and finely detailed: Red Delicious apple skin, dried rose, Earl Grey tea, and a subtle nod to purple wine gums. The palate opens with bright, juicy red fruit before tightening into a finely structured, linear shape. Tannins are fine grained and architectural, carrying the wine with clarity and quiet authority through to a long, savoury finish. Freshness underpins everything, giving the wine its poise and ethereal feel.

Sourced from a south facing vineyard at 450 metres on shale soils, the cool site preserves aromatic purity and natural tension. Cellar work is minimal and precise, allowing site and season to speak clearly.
