Rooster Rojo Blanco is tequila with nothing to hide - distilled for clarity and built on the natural flavour of Jalisco's blue agave. Produced at Fabrica de Tequilas Finos (NOM 1456) in Tequila, this bottling starts with 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested at peak maturity and slow-cooked in traditional ovens. Fermentation is open, and distillation is done twice in stainless steel pot stills, locking in freshness and structure.

There are no additives, no filtration tricks - just agave, water, and process. The nose is bright and herbal, with notes of cooked agave, pepper, and a gentle citrus edge. On the palate, it's crisp and clean: sweet agave up front, then white pepper, green herbs, and a lightly mineral, earthy finish. At 38% ABV, it's approachable, but the agave still leads.
