Rooster Rojo Mezcal is a contemporary Oaxacan mezcal designed for clarity and versatility without sacrificing craft. Produced in Oaxaca from 100% Espadin agave, it follows traditional methods from harvest to bottling: mature agave is slow-roasted in underground pits, tahona-crushed, and open-fermented with wild yeast to extract both depth and regional character. Double distillation in copper pot stills preserves the integrity of the agave and delivers a clean, focused profile.

At 43% ABV, Rooster Rojo balances robust agave presence with a level of approachability fit for both neat sipping and cocktails.
