This is the heart of the Parker Estate story. It encapsulates the iconic combination of Cabernet and terra rossa soil in a wine that has poise, integrity and reliable year after year. Not to mention it’s phenonmenal value. The wine is crafted from a selection of fruit from our Abbey Vineyard. Each parcel showcases something unique and is handled seperately to maintain quality and create complexity in the wine. The wine is matured for 14 months in a mix of old and new French oak. It drinks beautifully now, but will also reward patience.
