Italicus 20% 700ml
Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto - 20% ABV (700ml)
Floral, citrusy, and impossibly elegant - a modern revival of an Italian classic, with bergamot as the star.
Italicus is a contemporary take on Rosolio, Italy's historic aperitivo liqueur once favoured by kings and poets. Created by Italian spirits expert Giuseppe Gallo, it's crafted using Calabrian bergamot and Sicilian citrons, alongside gentian, chamomile, lavender, and yellow rose - all infused into a neutral grain spirit and sweetened just enough to keep things silky.
The aroma is pure sunshine: bright bergamot, orange blossom, and a touch of soft rose. On the palate, it's delicately sweet with candied citrus peel, herbal lift, and a floral finish that lingers like an evening in Rome. Low in alcohol but high in charm, it's versatile, aromatic, and wildly sippable.
Serve it over ice with prosecco and a green olive for the signature Italicus Spritz, or mix it into a White Negroni, Martini twist, or citrus-led sour. Whether aperitivo or after-dinner, Italicus brings a hit of Italian glamour to every pour.
