Released in a limited run of just 250 bottles, Telemachus is named after the feline companion on Carole King's 1971 Tapestry album cover. Distilled from South Australian barley in copper pot stills near the mouth of the Murray River, it is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-wine casks. Bottled at 47% ABV, it offers a gentle, coastal character rooted in place and patience.

The nose is light and charming, with aromas of granita biscuit, soft honey and citrus zest over a base of clean malt. The palate follows with lemon sherbet, creamy cereal sweetness and a touch of marzipan, all wrapped in gentle spice. A whisper of coastal brine lends subtle structure without overpowering the core profile.

The finish is crisp, lightly warming and balanced, with notes of sweet spice, malt and citrus lingering with quiet poise.
