First Light is an intimate dinner dedicated to the rare, the storied, and the supremely cellared. This is not a tasting. It’s a celebration of Grand Cru mastery, served at its peak and shared around one table — where reverence meets pleasure, and every pour is a moment.

Across six producers and nine bottles, we journey from the electric finesse of Krug Vintage to the soul-deep complexity of Rousseau Chambertin 2002 & 2012, and the sacred elegance of DRC Échezeaux and Grands-Échezeaux 2015.

You’ll experience the silken precision of Domaine Etienne Sauzet Bâtard-Montrachet 2014, the mineral nobility of Bonneau du Martray Corton-Charlemagne 2014, and the profound perfume of La Grande Rue 2010 & 2015 from Domaine François Lamarche.

These are wines that don’t often share a room — let alone a meal.

Expect a decadent, deeply considered menu designed to elevate every glass. Each dish will be crafted with the same attention to detail and balance as the bottles themselves — seasonal, elegant, and unashamedly indulgent.
