Held in the exclusive private dining room at Montrachet Brisbane, this event brings together a carefully curated flight of Rousseau’s greatest expressions, spanning premier cru to grand cru, from celebrated vintages and hallowed vineyards.

What to expect:
Guests will embark on a rare journey through Gevrey Chambertin’s most esteemed crus, including Clos de Beze, Chambertin, Clos Saint Jacques and Ruchottes Chambertin, presented across a spread of classic vintages. Each wine will be paired with a bespoke multi-course menu crafted to complement their subtlety and structure.
