On Wednesday 9th July, United Cellars will host a rare and intimate tasting at Entrecote, Prahran, with one of Australia’s most iconic producers — Clonakilla.

From the cool hills of Murrumbateman, Clonakilla has redefined what Australian wine can be: perfumed, precise, powerful. Their Shiraz Viognier — inspired by the great wines of Côte-Rôtie — is now a benchmark in its own right. Their Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Viognier speak with clarity, restraint, and soul.

This exclusive evening will explore a curated selection of Clonakilla wines across vintages — including a luminous Viognier Nouveau 2025, the cellar-worthy Shiraz Viognier 2016, and a rare, late-picked Auslese Riesling that will stop you in your tracks.

Hosted by United Cellars and Tim Kirk, this guided tasting & dinner will uncover the stories behind the wines, the philosophy of the estate, and the nuances that make Clonakilla a true cult classic.
