Chateau Petit Picoron Bordeaux 'Mon Nom' 2019

Founded in 1570 by the Picoron family, Château Picoron has a long history of wine. Now days, Château Picoron is operated by an Australian family. What we produce is as much a celebration of the history of our winery, as it is the future. Our winery is a coming together of France & Australia, new & old, past & future.

Limited production wines which celebrate their past, and inspire the next generation of wine drinkers. They produce only 2000 cases of wine per year, for our friends & family. The winemaker, Stephane Apelbaum, believes nature to be our greatest collaborator, preferring a minimal intervention approach to vineyard management and winemaking. Their wine is produced sustainably, and are on their journey toward organic farming.

Only 1000 cases were produced! This is a 100% Merlot produced from the rolling clay and limestone hills of Chateau Picoron, aged with a hint of French Oak and now ready to drink.
