Hosted in the same elegant venue as the Champagne | Sparkling Walkabout Tasting, this 60-minute masterclass offers a deep dive into some of the world’s most revered sparkling wines. Choose from two sessions: 5:00pm or 6:45pm. Each tasting will be a seated, small-format experience, allowing guests to savour, learn, and compare across houses and vintages with guided insight.

Your host for the evening, Angus Hughson manager at UnitedX, is an award-winning wine writer, the Australian Editor for leading international publication VINOUS with Antonio Galloni (New York City), and Co-Publisher of The Australian Ark. With over 15 years of publishing, writing and judging experience, Angus brings an unmatched depth of knowledge and a captivating storytelling style to every pour.
