Champagne Marius Selosse Vieilles Vignes Blanc de Blanc Brut Nature NV

Cuvée “Vieilles Vignes” – Places called “Les Charmées” & “Les Crayons”, vines planted in 1970.
Chavot – Vintage 2022

Made from carefully selected old vines on the clay-limestone terroirs of Chavot, the “Vieilles Vignes” vintage expresses all the purity and freshness of Chardonnay. Harvested in 2022, this vintage is produced in a limited quantity of 2,700 numbered bottles.

Vinification is done naturally, without the addition of sulfites from start to finish, to preserve the authenticity of the fruit. Aged entirely in stainless steel vats, this vintage reveals a crystalline expression of the terroir, marked by beautiful tension and brilliant vivacity.

Malolactic fermentation is carried out using only the indigenous bacteria present on the berry and its bloom. Gentle stabilization by semi-cold exposure (four nights at 0°C) allows for natural clarification and guarantees the wine's balance.

Bottled in January 2023, this vintage respects a strong environmental commitment: disgorging is carried out with the reuse of bottles.
