Syrah/Petite Sirah blend with a dash of Malvasia Bianca. Sourced from our Eliphante block in Cornville, AZ. Côte Rôtie-style blend substituting Malvasia Bianca for Viognier. The Syrah takes the back seat, serving as the muscular structure to present the Apricot, Peach and Orange peel characters of the AZ Malvasia Bianca. We Co-Ferment these grapes when logistics allow. 3350 ft. elevation. The palate is full and generous, with intense black and red fruit, plush texture and ripe tannins. Enjoy with a some rich, slow cooked beef or pork.
