The grapes are hand-picked, hand-sorted, hand-plunged in open vats, then basket-pressed and aged in French oak barrels for 9 months.

HOW DOES IT TASTE?

Medium-bodied with bright primary red fruits. The palate is filled with notes of crushed strawberry, raspberry and blood orange. Mid-palate with grapefruit rind and spice. Good acidity and tannin balance which extends the palate. Best enjoyed young in the next 2 years or could age for up to 15 years. Pair with cured meats.
