Soli is red sand, mild clay, slate and limestone on a clay base. All ACO certified organic

Destemmed / 50% berries crushed, fermented in concrete, maceration 22 days. 10 months in 700l oak, 22% new.

This is as good as Clare Valley Shiraz gets. Incredible wine.
