Adrian Rodda moved to Beechworth to start his own winemaking label after spending more than a decade at Oakridge Wines in the Yarra Valley. It's safe to say that Adrian's knowledge of crafting wines from Chardonnay is up there with the best in the country, making several cuvées with fruit sourced from multiple sites across Victoria.

Florals, hibiscus, stone fruit, citrus and oak. Beautifully balanced acidity with help from green apple skin, nice minerality, kerosene notes and crisp finish.

Pair with roasted stuffed chicken, seared scallops, pasta with primavera sauce, fish and chips.
